1. Shampoo scalp and hair thoroughly. Use every 2-3 Days
2. Apply conditioner from mid to ends of hair and comb through with a wide tooth comb. Leave on for 4-5 minutes if in the shower. Use every 2-3 Days.
3. Rinse thoroughly and towel dry.
